To which social media services does IPI distribute content?
IPI currently distributes content to your Facebook Fan Page, Facebook Cover Photo and Instagram Business Profile. However, with the IPI Social Media dashboard, you have the ability to manage many more social media services for yourself. This keeps your presence consistent everywhere your customers are already scrolling, while still giving you full control if you want to expand beyond what IPI manages directly.
How frequently do posts get distributed?
IPI posts content 104 times per year, which is the equivalent of two posts per week. Outside of major holiday weeks, we mostly distribute posts on Tuesdays and Fridays. Knowing this, you can craft your own personal/local posts during other days of the week to avoid overlap. That steady, predictable rhythm keeps your profiles active and trustworthy to anyone checking them before they call or visit, without taking over your entire content calendar.
Can I edit or reschedule a post before it goes out?
Absolutely! Simply log into the IPI Social Media Dashboard and go to the ‘Scheduled’ section of your account. There, you can click on any post and edit, reschedule, attach photos or delete it.
Are pricing or discounts mentioned in the IPI content?
No. Our content does not contain any reference to price, discounts or sales/promotions. However, you can easily add that information from within the IPI Social Dashboard if you wish.
What is the length of commitment?
We do not require a service commitment or contract. However, we highly recommend a minimum usage term of six months in order to get comfortable with the service and see results.
Is social media the only service available through IPI?
No. Social media management is just one part of IPI’s Managed Marketing Services bundle, which also includes email marketing and digital signage.
