FAQ
Where is the best location to display/hang my monitor?
Display your monitor in high traffic, well-seen customer area. Keep the wall area around the monitor free from clutter, displays and merchandise. Also, try to hide and minimize any cables and cords that may be showing.
How is new content posted? Do I need to do anything to receive the new content?
New content is automatically fed to your monitor and it will appear automatically with no need for manual assistance.
What if the content features a product or service that my business doesn’t offer?
We recommend following the “always say yes” policy. Find a way to fulfill your customer’s request by outsourcing production or ordering the item from a fellow IPI member.
My WiFi and SSID credentials have recently changed – will this affect my digital sign?
Yes. Any change to WiFi service could cause problems with the digital signage feed. Contact natalie@ipiphoto.com if you are changing Internet providers or have changes to your WiFi credentials!
What is the length of commitment?
We do not require a service commitment or contract. However, we highly recommend a minimum usage term of six months in order to get comfortable with the service and see results.
