What type of products & services are featured in the emails?
You’ll be able to select the specific content for your emails from our pre-planned distribution schedule. Some of the topics you’ll choose from include film processing, photo printing, archiving/digitizing services, fine art prints, restoration, custom framing, wall decor and newsletter content.
Will I be notified before an email is sent out?
Yes! You will receive an email preview approximately 5-10 days before the distribution date.
Can I edit an offer or add my own personal details to an email?
Yes! You will receive an email preview approximately 5-10 days before the distribution date. This is your chance to edit or modify the email before it goes out. If you’d like to change the scheduled date, you are welcome to log into Constant Contact or MailChimp and change that as well.
How often are emails sent for me?
This is entirely up to which distribution dates you select when you join the service. Each year, you’ll receive the entire list of content choices and distribution dates to select from.
Our recommendation is to send at least one email per month in order to remain top of mind with customers.
How often should I update my customer email lists?
In order to maximize your marketing reach, we recommend updating your customer list in Constant Contact or MailChimp at least two times per year. If you need assistance extracting email contacts from your online/kiosk ordering platform or your POS system, please let us know; we’d be happy to provide some direction.
